• 12-Month Commitment: Enjoy reliable fibre broadband with a one-year contract. • One-Time Fees: • $100 activation fee on ONT • Installation fee for the first 150m will be free. • Extra meters cost $1.15 each. • Equipment: A TP-Link Omada ER605 is required for the service, priced at $88. WiFi Router: Customers will need to purchase their own WiFi router separately, as it is not included. • Easy Payments: Pay monthly on time to avoid penalties or service suspension. • Transparent Pricing: Rates include VAT/GST and may change with exchange rate fluctuations. Promotional prices may also change. • Fast Installation: Get connected within 1–5 business days, depending on your location. • Speed: Advertised speeds are maximum speeds. Plans are subject to Kacific’s Acceptable Use Policy. • Service Reliability: While we strive for uninterrupted service, occasional maintenance, power outages, or external factors may affect connectivity. • Terms: Kacific may update these terms as needed. Terms & Conditions

Speeds advertised are maximum shared speeds. Unlimited plans are subjected to Fair Usage Policy. Your service will continue at lower speeds even after you have used up your priority data allowance. Terminal installation and transportation costs are excluded and subject to delivery to specific areas. All published rates are VAT / GAST inclusive. Rates may change with prior notice due to changes in exchange rates. The terminal fee includes a 1.2m antenna, a 2010, 2510, 3315 modem, and a 2W or 3W transceiver depending on the type of terminal ordered. Plans with over 200Mbps in download speeds will require a 3315 modem.
